The End… and a Beginning
🧠 A Personal Goodbye
Welcome to the end of this course. It’s surreal to say that. Creating this has been one of the most emotionally intense projects of my life.
There were many moments I nearly didn’t finish. Doubts crept in constantly:
“Is this good enough?”
“Who am I to share this?”
“What if no one listens?”
But I came back to this truth: this story needed to be told.
This roadmap needed to be shared — not because I’m perfect, but because I lived it. I clawed my way out. And if this had existed when I was at rock bottom, it would have changed everything.
💸 Why I Had to Make This
So many people are being charged thousands — £300/hour consultations, £5,000 “miracle protocols,” endless testing with no real grounding or empathy.
Meanwhile, those of us at our lowest?
We’re often broke. Isolated. Desperate.
This course is for you.
Not to gatekeep healing behind a paywall, but to put power back into your hands. To make real insight and truth affordable — and accessible.
That’s why I built this.
📉 My Lowest Point
If you’re doubting whether change is even possible, let me remind you where I came from:
- Chronic Fatigue
- Fibromyalgia
- POTS
- Cystic acne
- Severe depression, anxiety and suicidal
- Recluse
- C-PTSD
- Destroyed by addictions to tech
- Insomnia
- Could barely make up stairs as a 20-year-old man…
I was 20, but I felt like I was dying.
And now?
I’m independent, healthy, working again, running this project, providing for my family — with clear labs and a clear mind.
🧠 The Echo of Self-Doubt
Despite all of this, I still hear it sometimes — that voice from childhood:
“You’re not good enough.”
“You’re asking too much by sharing this.”
Michael Singer calls his “Mickey” — the chatty mind that never shuts up. And like him, I’ve learned to stop taking that voice seriously.
Because I know what I’ve built here is honest. It’s grounded. It’s real.
💔 The Truth About Healing
People think healing means instant peace.
No.
Healing is brutal.
It’s:
– Sitting in the dark with no promise of when it ends
– Taking responsibility when it would be easier to blame
– Continuing even when no one understands your pain
– Doing the work with zero guarantee
Healing is a war — but one worth fighting.
It’s how we reclaim our bodies, our dignity, our soul and our ability to feel joy again.
🔎 I’ll Never Know Everything
A huge challenge for me was letting go of the need to “know it all.”
I kept thinking:
“If I just learn more, I’ll finally be ready to make this course.”
But that’s not how healing works. It’s not about being a guru. It’s about being honest.
I don’t know everything. But I know what saved my life.
I know what transformed my bloodwork, my body, my identity. And I will never stop learning so I can keep serving better.
❤️ Thank You
Thank you for trusting me with your time, your heart, and your healing.
